Terms of Use and Copyright information aka Member and User License Agreement!

Using the cutting files, whether purchased on CD or by using the download feature, you agree to abide by the following requirements:

All cutting files are copyright protected and may not be shared, distributed or resold individually or wholly. Products made from the cutting files may be used for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact the designer for written permission for your intended purpose. The cut images are not to be displayed or sold on the Internet. When items are used as part of a contest entry, publication, or commercial project such as a scrapbook page or completed card display, please reference the designer (listed in the cutting file terms) and www.thescrappinpath.com, where those interested in obtaining the cutting file may purchase it. Please read the README files for the individual terms of each artist and abide by their terms. You may not share, sell, or distribute files. Items are sold on an as-is basis, and refunds will not be issued for any reason.   

If you have a question or problem relating directly to the cutting file please contact the artist privately. Their contact info should be in the file directly or in the README file.  Scrap-Savvy owners, our design team members and advertisers are not responsible for the quality, originality, or completeness of any item sold by any of the independent designers. Scrap-Savvy, its design team members and/or advertisers are not responsible for any damage to your computer, files, electronic equipment, or self resulting from the use of our website or services. The end user (you) accepts all responsibility, risk or otherwise including liability for damages, loss of revenue or any other such damages.   Scrap-Savvy is not liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, from such damage. While we do our best to maintain vigilance in this regard, however we cannot guarantee that all files are free from viruses, is up to you to scan files and protect your computer and equipment. Scrap-Savvy is not responsible for copyright issues relating to files for sale at this site, if you see files that are in copyright violated, notify us immediately and we will look into the matter to resolve any dispute.  If there is ever any dispute, legal or otherwise, regarding your use of this site or any product sold on this site, you agree that proceedings shall take place in the county where Scrap-Savvy conducts business.

Purchasing CD or downloading cutting files and or tutorials, you are agreeing that files are the property of the respective owners and licensed to you as a single user. You have the right:
• To install and use the files and or tutorials on a single computer.
• To copy and modify the files and or tutorials for your own PERSONAL use.
You do NOT have the right:
• To share, loan, rent, resell, or distribute the files and or tutorials.
• To use the file and or tutorials on more than one computer at a time.
• To make copies of the files and or tutorials other than for back-up purposes.
• To copy by electronic means, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from the file and or tutorials for the purpose of resale or distribution.

The information contained herein is confidential to The Scrappin' Path and is protected under trade

secret law and the Copyright Act of 1976. Any misuse or misappropriation by unauthorized persons

is prohibited and will violate civil and criminal law.
