Once your order is processed you will receive a "shipping" notice, this will indicate that your account has been activated. At that point you must SIGN IN to view all files, downloads and discounts which are automatically adjusted after sign in.
Terms of Agreement : • You will be billed now and again at the beginning of each month. Monthly billing is on or about the 1st of each month. • This is a Credit Card only subscription. • This is a minimum commitment of 6 months. By ordering this product you agree that you will be charged once per month prior to shipment. If you choose to discontinue after the first 6 months you may give 30 days (one billing cycle) written notice. If your card does not clear on our first attempt an additional $3 charge will be added to your billing. • This item does NOT qualify for any additional discounts or coupons! • International shipping will vary from $16-29 based on your address.
FAQs • I just signed up, what's next? Watch your email for a shipping confirmation. Make sure to add sales@scrap-savvy.com to your accepted email list. When you have received that shipping notice your account is now ready for shop with your discount reflected after signing in. • How often will I receive a CD? If you signed up for the current month's CD will be shipped to you and subsiquently every month there after. • Are CD ever duplicated from month to month? No, we will never duplicate a CD. If you want a previous CD you will need to order it. • What is the cost for shipping? The cost for shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. • How and when will my CD be shipped? The CD will be shipped by the 15th of each month via US Postal Service or UPS, with a delivery time of approx 3-5 days. If you haven’t received your CD by the 25th of the month please contact us. • When will I be charged for my subscription? Your credit card will be charged when you first sign up for the first shipment. Each month after that credit cards will be charged automatically on the 1th of each month. If your card is declined, a $3.00 fee will be assessed to your account. • What if something arrives damaged? If you purchased insurance and your product is damaged during shipment, you may return it for a replacement. Please contact our customer service at sales@scrap-savvy.com for a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your CD. If you did not purchase insurance you may contact us for an emailed ZIP file of said CD. • Is Autoship available internationally? Autoship is available to customers in Canada and other countries. They will be charged the actual freight cost via US Postal Service. International orders are not replaceable if damaged, buyer assumes all responsibility. • What is the term of the subscription? After your initial 6 month commitment, our subscription term is open ended. Therefore after you receive your first 6 shipments you will be on a month to month commitment and will be valid unless cancelled in writing to sales@scrap-savvy.com. • What if I need to cancel my subscription? A subscription can be cancelled after receiving the 6 months, by sending an email to sales@scrap-savvy.com. Please allow 30 days for processing your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, we have not received your request and your subscription will not be canceled. If an order is refused or returned at no fault of Scrap-Savvy the customer will be responsible for all charges. • What if I move? If you have any changes in contact or billing information please access your account and update your profile however it might be a good idea to send a follow up email sales@scrap-Savvy.com to confirm that change. Changes made to your account online may not apply to your subscription membership so it would be best to confirm those changes through our office just in case.
